Conceptual interpretation of the program into graphic form.  Aesthetics, physical space relationships, building codes and financial factors are addressed and evaluated against the client’s stated desires.

Plans and specifications are developed to set forth in detail the requirements for construction of the project. 

Assist  in obtaining building permits and government agency approvals.  Assist in obtaining bids or negotiated proposals and  the award and preparation of contracts for construction.

Investigation and documentation of existing facilities conditions to assist the client’s personnel in maintenance and space organizational planning, updating record documents and information utilized in the current or future occupancy and function of the Owner’s assets.

Evaluation of existing facilities for current code compliance and integrity of conditions.  We then provide a feasibility analysis for repair or replacement of existing structures and systems.
